Bruna, born and raised in Barcelona, connected with Asia at a young age. During the last decade she studied in China and India. Her interest in human nature, health and well-being inspired her to study nutrition, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), acupuncture and yoga.
Bruna integrates yoga and TCM into her classes in a simple manner allowing students to enjoy, understand and experience "re-balancing" benefits.
Bruna's classes are based on meridian hatha yoga, yin yoga and acupressure release. It is through the breath and slow mindful movement that Bruna's students relax, nourish their entire body and discover deep understanding and freedom within.
Bruna brings a therapeutic, accessible and light approach to yoga. She shares balanced body movements, practical tools and knowledge to help students restore harmony and well-being.
It is Bruna's intention to enable her students to listen to and fulfil their unique needs.
Sonsie stumbled upon yoga at a young age. It became her refuge during her law studies and prior legal career. Over time yoga slowly, progressively integrated into Sonsie's life.
Today, Sonsie is an experienced yoga teacher. She has taught full-time in the UK, Canada and India.
Sonsie seeks to cultivate equanimity in her alignment based vinyasa flow classes. She uses breath, alignment and observation of sensations to anchor her students on their mats and into the present.
It is Sonsie's goal to enable people, through yoga, to travel through their daily lives simply with contentment and ease.
Born in India, Akash was exposed to yoga philosophy early in life. However, it wasn't until adulthood that he understood the true benefits of yoga and meditation.
His first step was Vipassana meditation taught by S.N. Goenka. Vipassana helped him to investigate his mind and see things as they really are. He has attended and served on several Vipassana meditation courses throughout India.
As a natural continuation of his spiritual journey, Akash was introduced to the Tibetan Mahayana tradition of Buddhism at the Tushita monastery. There, he completed an advanced course on “Peaceful Living and Peaceful Dying.”
Akash is also a student of the Swami Krishnananda Yogashala. He comes from the tradition of learning yoga in the centuries-old “gurukul" environment. He practises several integrated yoga techniques including karma yoga, jnana yoga, mantra yoga and bhakti yoga.
Akash is currently teaching yoga nidra and yogic philosophy in retreats in India and Bali.
He looks forward to sharing the traditional aspects of yoga and how to incorporate them into a modern lifestyle.
