Sonsie teaches alignment based vinyasa flow.
Her classes are thoughtfully sequenced and fluid but not fast. She uses breath, alignment and sensations to anchor you on your mat and in the present.
Sonsie strives to teach accessible and relatable classes. She will always encourage you to respect and honour your unique strengths and limits.
Without pretence, Sonsie uses Yoga as a tool for physical, mental and spiritual transformation. You are challenged to reach for, and obtain, maximum benefit from your practice.
* Sonsie teaches these classes every 2nd Saturday.
